Together we’ve designed these five days to feel like a pause button for your life: gentle, restorative, and wrapped in the warm, slow-living vibes of Spain.

Mimi brings a warm, intuitive presence and a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies and inner rhythms. Through yoga and mindful, creative practices, she creates space for clarity and calm. Her energy invites you to tune in, and feel fully seen.
Jen brings a calm, grounding presence and a deep passion for helping others reconnect to themselves through mindful movement and awareness. She guides with ease and simplicity, helping you feel steady, supported, and at home in your own body. Her approach encourages reflection and soulful rest.
