Service Description

Your Retreat: Thursday 1st October - Monday 5th October 2026. 4 nights and 5 days. Set in a small Spanish wine-making town in the Marina Alta, Costa Blanca, Soul & Serenity offers a blend of Mediterranean calm and relaxed luxury. Surrounded by vineyards, almond and olive groves, the villa is a place where time naturally slows and the days unfold with ease. Between yoga and mindfulness sessions, you can lounge by the pool, sway in a hammock with a book, explore cosy corners and shaded terraces, or enjoy an on-site massage. For gentle adventure, the Bernia mountains invite mindful walks, while nearby beaches, sandy bays & hidden coves, are just 20–30 minutes away. Yoga & Mindfulness: Enjoy sunrise and sunset yoga by the pool or in the shala, alongside guided meditation, Yin, Nidra, and grounding breathwork. A closing cacao ceremony nourishes body and soul. With 2–3 optional sessions daily, there’s plenty of space to rest, reflect, or simply be. Accommodation: Our villa offers beautifully appointed rooms, each with its own character. Twin Rooms: Comfortable rooms with two beds and ensuite bathrooms. Light, airy, and generous in size, with easy access to outdoor terraces and shared spaces. Solo Rooms: A private room with ensuite, thoughtfully designed for quiet and relaxation. A serene place to rest and move at your own pace, with access to terraces and peaceful corners. Yoga mats and props are provided. Towels and basic toiletries are included, just bring your yoga clothes, evening wear, swimsuit, and walking shoes. Pricing: Twin occupancy: £750 Solo occupancy: £995 (Deposit: £250 to secure your place) After payment of deposit, full amount is due 6 weeks prior to event. Payment plans are available upon request.
