This day retreat is designed to feel spacious, grounding, and deeply restorative, while still offering moments of creativity and connection. You’ll experience: Mandala Yoga Flow A grounding yet energising practice inspired by the rhythms of spring, designed to open the body and bring presence. Guided Nature Meditation Walk A slow, mindful walk through the land to connect with the elements, awaken the senses, and settle the nervous system. Nourishing Vegetarian Lunch A seasonal, wholesome meal enjoyed in community, prepared to support both body and spirit. Essential Oil Blending Workshop Learn about the energetics of essential oils and create your own custom blend to take home, an aromatic reminder of your day of intention and care. Restorative Yin & Nidra Yoga Deeply calming, floor-based poses held for longer durations to encourage release, rest, and renewal.
