Throughout the year, you'll find regular creative workshops. Some events blend movement/yoga, some are focussed just on creative self-care.
Past events include, candle making, aromatherapy, taro collaging, yoga & coffee and more. I also offer private's and corporotes, feel free to get in touch!

Class styles
Vinyasa Flow
Movement guided by breath, creative flows aimed at balancing strength and softness. Practices can be modified to all levels.
Yin & Nidra
Restorative and restful. Yin and Nidra classes treat rest as a requirement, not a reward. Expect slower, longer and deeper holds, with plenty of time to tune inwards and slow down.
Mandala Vinyasa
Flow 360 around your mat, mandala offers a playful approach to yoga. Build to a dynamic flow, but begin & end gently with postures of yin.
Beginners/Foundations
Build your yoga practice from a solid foundation. In classes you will learn yoga basics, key poses, alignment, breathwork and pose intention. Focussing not just on how things look, but how they feel.
