๐งโโ๏ธ 5-Week Foundational Yoga Course with Mimi Join us for a welcoming and supportive 5-week yoga journey, perfect for complete beginners or those looking to revisit the basics and build a strong foundation. Led by Mimi, a warm and experienced yoga teacher who ran a sold-out beginners course last year, this series is designed to help you feel confident on the mat, no flexibility or experience required! Location: Boiler House, Moss Side. Dates: Thursdays, starting September 18 Time: 6:30pm โ 7:30pm What Youโll Learn: โ Key yoga poses and how to do them safely โ Foundational flow sequences โ Breathwork and mindfulness techniques โ Proper alignment and body awareness โ Tools to build strength, flexibility, and confidence Classes are kept intentionally smaller to offer individual support and create a relaxed, community vibe. Spaces are limited. Whether you're brand new to yoga or returning after a break, this course will help you feel grounded, strong, and ready to grow.
